• All bets are final once confirmed by the nk444 system. Players must verify bet details on the confirmation screen before submitting. nk444 is not liable for bets placed due to player error in selection or stake amount.

• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes

• Any behaviour by the player that nk444 reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, nk444 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in that account that is attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or funds deposited in violation of these Terms. Real-money funds deposited in good faith and not associated with any breach will be returned to the player via the original payment method following verification.

nk444 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
